The staff were easily accommodating in helping me exchange a bracelet for a better size. The store was continuously being cleaned prior to helping new customers. This resulted in me making another purchase for a charm and two rings for gifts :)

Aurora the sales persons was extremely professional and helpful. She asked what I was looking for and in no time at all I had what I needed. Even during COVID she was extremely pleasant and even with a mask on I could tell she had a smile on her face. As I was buying a gift for my girl friend Aurora asked me what type of bracelet I was looking for and after listening to me about our love of travel she showed travel related charms but never pressured me at all. I was only planning on spending $100 but ended up spending close to $300. This was not due to pressure but because of her professionalism and product knowledge.

The staff are excellent at their job, very friendly and helpful. The charms that I bought (I bought 8 in total last week, plus I asked my husband to get me a gold mesh bracelet and a charm for Christmas), are all beautiful. As you can see from my recent purchases, I'm a big fan.
