Narissa helped me today - she was extremely friendly and polite, knew exactly what I was looking for, pulled it out right away and displayed it for me. She also showed me other options, and informed me that another charm I had been looking at had been discontinued and was now only available online. She boxed my gift, and offered to gift wrap it for me. There was a bit of a line at the cash desk, but she was friendly and engaging while we were waiting for a free till. The gift was beautifully wrapped and the entire experience was fantastic. I will definitely be back, and if Narissa is there, I would love to shop with her again!

We found a few items that we loved. The customer service was plenty. And the sales associate that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Paula De Santana was great. She helped me go through all of the rings to get the sizes I needed and was absolutely wonderful and cheerful the whole time. I only said likely to coming back in 90 Days as I don't have a lot of spare time to go shopping often. Truly a lovely experience. Acknowledged as soon as I was through the door by Paula even though she was helping someone else. Knowing that someone saw me and was getting to me next was awesome.

This is the first time I have been to Pandora, and the first time I have been to a real jewelry store. I was expecting to be intimated and pressured by sales associates, and wasn’t expecting to buy anything. I was very pleasantly surprised by how approachable and knowledgeable everyone was. I felt no pressure at all and ended up buying 2 items for mother’s day and 1 for myself. The beautiful pieces and affordable prices sell themselves. I will definitely be back!

The sales associate is friendly. When I went in the store, they assisted me right away. And the bracelet that I am looking for, they find it right away. I am so satisfied with my visit yesterday because it is not all the time like this.

All associates where so helpful and professional. Provided different ideas and presentation of products. Not rushed to purchase anything. Great experience.
