Needed to exchange a ring for a smaller size that was bought at the Core in Calgary (fantastic service). Went to Market Mall to exchange and was told that since it is a promotion (buy 4, get 40% off), that it was final sale which was not true. Went to Chinook Center and had no problem exhanging for a smaller size. Annette (sale manager), Michelle (assistant manger) and Narissa (was very helpful and was suprised that the staff at Market Mall would not do an exchange.

I really satisfy the service Annette provide to me, She is so kind and professional about Pandora charms, and give me many suggestion on how to match charms. I definitely with come back to buy more charms. Thanks a lot for Annette's effort.

i purchased a 14k gold moments bracelet in 18cm size online for $1955 (pre tax) but was sent an incorrect the size (2x larger). since i waited 4 months for this item (due to cancellation resulting from stock unavailability), i opted for a store exchange. The Chinook store was the only one that had it in Calgary and they manager Fabiola, was very helpful in locating it and reserving it for me. At the store, we found that the price on the booklet for the same item was $50 more. With west district manager, Dawn's help, and by checking the price on the system, we were able to sort things out and discover that the booklet price was incorrect (the problem i encountered at the store, indicated earlier in the survey). Fabiola and her staff were very helpful and accommodating with addressing my concerns. They understood my dissatisfaction with the online store, and that this was a very delayed wedding anniversary gift, they gifted me with a jewellery box to go with my new bracelet. They really made my day. My experience has been wonderful, as it has been in the past here. I normally purchase only pure gold jewellery and am happy with the variety, promotions and service at this store. :)

The sales associates Patsy and Ella were very patient, took their time showing me everything I wanted to see, as well as wrapped and labeled my purchases. They were very nice, professional, and are part of the reason I chose to make my purchase that day. Thanks to them both. All other staff in the store will also friendly as well.

I was greeted right away when I came in. The associate was helpful when I wanted to see different designs for the charms. It was a fast and easy transaction :)
