I was highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora because the sales associate helped guide me in the right direction of what I was looking for. The price point of the merchandise is great for the quality of the pieces. Also, the aesthetics of the store was very pleasing as it was easy to locate what I was looking for, but also easy to locate other pieces that would look nice with my purchase.

Alik, the sales associate who helped me, was extremely friendly and assisted me with finding a stopper-type charm which was the main reason I came by Pandora that day. Even though there was a line outside the store to shop the boxing week sales and I had waited about an hour before I could enter the store, Alik was very kind and pleasant to chat with. I felt that she did not rush me even though I can only imagine how tired she was from the busy day. I really appreciated the exceptional customer service she provided!
