I usually go to this store because my favourite sales lady is Fabiola. Very courteous and patience with my selection. Always recommends products honestly to the best of her ability that's why I follow her wherever she goes. Thanks Fabiola for an awesome service!

As soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed and asked if I required assistance. While I was being helped another associate asked if I needed any assistance. Paula helped me create a very beautiful gift that I was very proud to present to an employee leaving our team. My time spent shopping for this gift was minimal. Paula knew what would look and show off the charm we bought on the bracelet.

I was the first person in the store. The associate got everything on my list very quickly

Exceptional customer service given at 0516. I was exchanging a reflections bracelet which they ended up not having in stock and referred me to another store, which had 4 in stock or to order on line. Staff showed me some new charms and some other merchandise which came in that came across as no way pushy but friendly. I wandered around the store and on my way out some earrings caught my eye and I purchased these for myself and one as a gift. Such nice sales associates a pleasure to shop. Just want to add I went to the South Centre store in Calgary and my experience there was soo... Disappointing. The two girls working had no clue where the 4 bracelets that were marked in store 2 hours ago were. Didn't really know where to look and kept on opening bags of large size braclets and suggested I order on line which would not help me as I needed to exchange the item. Phone the store 0516 and ordered the bracelet

There was a sale and I got gifts for my mom and for me. I got a good deal.

Store layout was very good. Sales staff knowledge of product. Varity of product staff friendliness.

Lots of very friendly staff on. Some jewelry stores make you feel like a potential thief but these ladies didn't. Store busy but didn't feel rushed or crowded.
