I was pleasantly surprised to find out the ring size I had been waiting for was in stock after months of waiting !

The sales person was ery knowledgeable. This was my first Pandora purchase. She explained the different types of lines to both me and my husband because he will likely be buying future charms as gifts. She also gave some good care and cleaning tips and suggestions for other gift ideas.

I love the chinook store, the staff are always helpful and willing to chat about the jewelry The store is always fully stocked, and the girls are always willing to give advice on what looks good with what. My visit this time I was able to reserve a charm to collect at a later date when it comes in. Keep up the good work.

The sales lady was very personable and when I was looking at nice ring (probably around $70) she was upfront and told me that there were issues with losing the stones with that specific ring. So I wouldn’t be dissatisfied. And she was very helpful with helping choose a nice style.
