We were highly satisfied with the clerk who helped us finish our purchase(Lindsay L) cause she was super friendly and helpful! I was not satisfied originally because the first lady that helped my husband(Fabiola) was super pushy and a very harsh personality to want to shop from and deal with. My husband left for a few minutes to grab me and requested to Lindsay that Fabiola not be the one who helped us with our purchase.

Nothing was wrong with my experience, I just find it aggravating when entire lines become discontinued. You would think they could keep some of a line. There is lots of room to keep more beads.

If was sale day and there was to many customers, some sales associate would interrupt to get answers..

I was highly satisfied with the refund process. The associate I dealt with during the refund was fantastic; however, Elizabeth, the associate I dealt with during the sale was rude and made me feel like I was going to try to steal everything in the store. I asked to see the Disney collection. I told her I had poor vision. She asked me what specific charms I wanted to see. I told her I was looking for the Frozen and Mermaid collections. She then walks across the store and brings 2 charms over and held them under the glass. I again told her I had poor vision and would like to hold the charm up closer to my eyes so I could see them better. She very reluctantly brought out the mermaid charm with a sigh so I could see it closer. I didn't care for it so I asked to see the other disni charms.

The store is a little crowded when a lot of people are inside. Some employees didn't seem as welcoming as others were. There were some ring designs in the stackable ring display that weren't shown but was a choice on the online website, although upon request I was able to purchase the ring I wanted, it would have been nice seeing all the options.

For me it is better someone can speak mandarin, it is my native language. Furthermore I totally did not hear some music, maybe I did not care it. If someone else also like Pandora, I would like to recommend it.

at first it seemed like no one wanted to assist us, they kind of just walked by us - no hello, I can see they are busy, an acknowledgement is always nice

The manager is nice. The items are almost had. The store is clean and the sales are friendly.

I am satisfied

I find some of the items are overpriced n did not fit in my budget
