Every Pandora's jewelley is perfect!! But Pandora's staff maembers disappointed customer service:(

I knew what I was looking for and was very satisfied with the product. One associate was a bit rude when I was waiting for someone to help me.

The store is kind of small. Not the greatest selection of stock to see without having to ask specifically to look at an item.

Not being able to look in show case to see more merchandise.

Every store can always improve.

They were sold out of a two charms I was looking for. The sales lady did not know the prices. I was still satisfied with the choice I got.

The store I visited in Calgary was very satisfied. However, the store in the Eaton Centre @Toronto was very disappointed. The worker Laura was so rude. She acted like ‘I’m busy so I don’t care of you, and if you don’t buy one just get off here.’ Because I expereienced this worst I won’t go the store @Eaton Centre. Calgary @Chinook mall was the best.

Two of the one that I’m looking for were sold out. And I had to wait for a long time during their search for the item. But I love how the lady wrapped my purchase because it’s a gift to my mom.

Overall, the service was good. Unfortunately 2 of the rings I wanted were out of stock in my size. One of them has been out of stock for quite some time. I don't know if it is due to size. Anyways, the sales associate tried to look for it and even went to the back. I eventually picked out other rings and can order the rings I wanted online at a later time.

it was too busy for them to let us in and we had to stand in line when we went back after the call there were other people that had come back too and we had to wait again the process of paying for everything took almost 20 minutes
