The first time I went inside the store nobody offered help so I decided to go to Swarovski where I was welcomed warmly and was assisted right away. But I really want to get bracelet charms so I went back to your store. I had to ask help and only then I got accommodated. Your sales clerks, most of them are snobby.

Just the selection of rings in my size was very limited. Also Pandora does not make rings small enough to fit a pinkie ring, which I was hoping to find.

I was waiting in to get helped but associate took new customer who walked in first than me. I waited about twenty minutes then got the display pieces instead of new ones in the plastic tiny ziplocks I usually get

Had a receipt and wanted to do a return and would only give me a gift card for their store which is the furwat from me

Associate did not listen carefully as to what was requested, and also had trouble dissembling bracelet.
