Employee did not seem interested at all. Was slouching and not speaking to us, bad body language throughout whole transaction even when I was ready to spend money. Did not make us welcome or make any suggestions.

When I told the Pandora sales associate that I was giving my pandora bracelets as a gift, they did not put it into 3 separate bags but placed all 3 of the merchandise into one large bag. It was not until I kept asking her to find smaller bags for the individual purchases, did she do so.

The sales associates were not helpful or clear with the promotion that was held during boxing day and refused to help return the product even though it was a gift

The Slsprsn: Carolina C No. 172488 SHE HAS A BAD COSTUMERS SERVICE ACTITUD. We’re 3 costumers at the store and she provide impolite answers about any Pandora item. I love the Pandora store but this is a third time a the same associate sales that try to “help me”.

I have struggled with whether I should report this or not but yesturday I was in the Pandora in Chinook Mall in Calgary buying my niece a ring for her birthday and the shop assistant wasn't friendly at all. In fact we felt like we were putting her to a lot of trouble. She offered no suggestions, asked no questions and didn't smile once. It was a disappointing experience for my little niece as I have taken all of my nieces and my daughters there to buy them something on there birthdays. The assistants name was April No. 132237. She might have just been having a bad day.

Sale associate extremely rude. I phoned to locate a charm. Maggie stated they have one left and when I come to the store to ask for her by name. When I got there, 3 associates were helping customers, and the one that wasn't looked lost. Since she wasn't helping anyone I simply asked, "Is Maggie here?" Before she could answer, the associate helping the other customer didn't even turn to face me but just snapped rudely, "there's someone else waiting before you!" So the girl who I initially asked the question left and stood behind the till not helping anyone. All that had to be done was for Maggie to identify herself, I could say I called about the charm and an associate can respond I will be right with you. That's it! Simple, not rocket science. I don't need an associate who I was not talking to, to give me attitude. I was so angry, I walked by the store twice thinking about returning the item. It was a paw charm because I just lost my dog tragically to a coyote attack 3 weeks ago. This was supposed to be a heartfelt reminder of my beloved dog, and now I just think about how angry I was with this whole experience.

Return policy is ridiculous. Nowhere on your receipt does it say can only return goods to original store for refund.

I shop at this Pandora Chinook quite often due to working in the mall as a store manager and most of my friends and family owning Pandora charm bracelets. I was quite let down by the service Fabiola had given. She was not friendly or welcoming; just stood in front of me and impatiently waited for me to look through the catalogue. She asked for the size of bracelet I was looking for and I had requested a 7.1 inch and she replied by saying "what size in cm?". She should be familiar with sizes by now, knowing that she had helped me back in January (also wasn't very friendly then). Majority of the encounter consisted of only yes or no answers from her. At the end, after spending $215 before tax, you would think she'd be grateful and more friendly but all I got was a forced, mediocre "have a nice day" in a whisper-like tone. I would only consider coming back to this store if she wasn't helping. I know great customer service from working in retail and that was not it. I hope I just caught her at bad times but still that doesn't excuse my bad experience with her.
