The experience was great. We didn’t feel rushed at all and the service we had was fantastic. There was a great variety of jewelry and we will be coming back.

My bracelet had come undone and I lost 2 charms. I had received the bracelet and charms as gifts from my son and his girlfriend. I wanted to replace them and the woman who helped me was awesome. So knowledgeable about all of the products. She asked me to describe them and she seemed to know them instantly! Great service!

It was super awesome, we walked in and asked for the Cleaning Kit and it was sitting right out on the counter and she grabbed it and we paid, it was so simple. Wish she could have put that purchase on my account though!
