I was highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora. When I arrived mariam welcomed me with a smile and a great attitude. She presented to me all the charms in the realm of the kinds I wanted and was very patient with me as I took my time choosing what I wanted. I ended buying the charm she showed me, she knew exactly what I wanted. Mariam was very kind and respectful, she also cleaned my bracelet while I looked around. She has tremendous knowledge about the merchandise and everything in the store which was nice because she was able to answer all my questions thoroughly.Always have good customer service at Pandora but this was by far the best!

The pandora Kingsway team was so welcoming every person there is so amazing and helpful I appreciate my experience every single type. They are also very knowledgeable about they’re product and knew exactly what I wanted.

Previously when I would visit the Kingsway location there was a lack of customer service but I lucked out one day when I had met Samira. She is highly attentive and has endless knowledge on your guys collections and accessorizing. I honestly never leave reviews rather good or bad but the fact that I wait till Samira is working to go in and shop means she deserves the praise!!!!! The Salesperson Chrysso totally understand my concern and knows what I want.She is very knowledgeable and knows the products well.It is so much easier to communicate.

Sales assocciate was very friendly if somewhat quiet; I had 4 charms in mind to complete a nautical themed bracelet, and all 4 were available instore making it easy to compare and contrast with my bracelet. Associate did make a colour suggestion which i appreciated.

Mariam knew what she was doing and was very helpful on what I should get my mom for mother’s day was very happy

Samira was welcoming and friendly and helped us find what we were looking for. She showed us a large selection and gave us the time to choose what we wanted. Really enjoyed shopping at pandora and will be shopping here again.

Associate very friendly

The sales associates were very helpful and friendly. They had some wonderful suggestions for earrings, and the little cotton candy treat they gave my 3 yr old made her day. Very sweet.

Went in looking for earrings and was helped by Samira, she was amazing. I’ve never met somone with more knowledge in any jewelry store. Had an amazing experience and will only come to this location for Samira.
