It is the Black Friday event and it took me under 10 minutes wait to get into the store. The staff who greeted me at the entrance was very pleasant and informative. The sales girl who helped me...she greeted me with a smile and proceeded to help me very efficiently. She was very patient while I perused the book for the charms I wanted to see and was helpful with some suggestions for others. I had 6 charms picked out and we proceeded to the checkout to which I decided to only go with three instead. I felt guilty for taking up all of her time and to only go back on my decision. She just smiled and said it was her pleasure helping me no matter what I decided on doing. Dahlela is a great sales girl who knows her stuff and has the patience of a saint! AND! She asked me if I need any gift receipts! That is such an important question at this time of the year! I believe every sales associate should be asking this question to the customers automatically at this time of the year when checking out! She did it and I am very happy she did!

the person that helped me was really amazing. she was smiling all the time and helped me find gifts for my girlfriend that i really liked. i feel like without her, i wouldnt know half of what gifts i could buy.

The associates know how to listen and makes it easier for me to find the items I'm looking for.

I like how the workers knew where the things where in the book. How reasonable the prices are in the store. Just the overall look of the store is very nice. Will definitely go back to the store in the future

The sales associate, Miriam was extremely helpful finding all the rings I was looking for and also very friendly. Her and a gentleman coworker went through many drawers and shelves and found everything I was wanting to purchase. The other pandora stores I had been to did not (or could not) locate one of the rings I had been wanting to purchase. But this location found everything.
