This is the second time I have had Isabella as a sales clerk she is very friendly and really knows the Pandora line. She has all kinds of suggestions and ideas with putting the jewellery together. She is the only sales person that told me about this survey and receiving a $10.00 discount on 100.00. I'm disappointed that I was not told before as I had recently been to the store and purchased over $100.00 in merchandise on three different occasions.

The sales associates at this location as well as the West Edmonton Mall location are always extremely helpful and attentive. It makes it very easy as I am usually purchasing for my wife as a gift and their input is valuable.

Even though I had purchased my charms in Halifax I was able to exchange them easily at the store in Edmonton! The staff was put together, and knowledgable, the store was not too busy, as it was middle of the day - at Chrismas it was too busy to buy anything - they had a waiting list So I left. Way better to shop there when its not busy.
