Nothing stood out as extra special about the store it lacked warmth. There were no promotions, nothing that made me feel a part of something like I needed it all. Some seating would have been nice too. It had been several years since I had filled two bracelets and gotten several rings at this location and walking in I felt as though I hadn't missed out on anything. My sales associate Jasha was great, knowlegable, quick & let me try on everything I wanted even got me more sizes. She was wearing the product herself and was complimentary on my selections. I would have liked to be offered a free cleaning on the pandora ring I was wearing & a new book to take home and wish for. I did like the 2 charms I saw one for me & one for a gift but price and use were a hinderance. I'd like key rings or other ways to display as my bracelets are too heavy to wear. I am so pleased with my ring.

Nazanin was helpful and friendly. she showed us the collection we were looking for and eventually made a purchase, overall happy with the store visit and selection provided.

I am a firm believer there is always room for improvement. But the sales associates were pleasant and helpful.
