It is not the first time that I have gone into that particular Pandora store and no one is available to assist me or even give any direction on how to get assistance. There was a man walking around (who appeared to possibly be in charge) talking with a few of the staff at times but not assisting any customers. I eventually asked a customer if she new how to get assistance; she indicated that there was a clipboard with a list of names and I had to put my name on it. I located the clipboard and added my name myself...I truly feel that this store should be much better organized.

I went to the Kingsway Pandora store to purchase a leather bracelet, and the store was very busy, as expected during the Christmas season. There were many customers standing around the jewellery cases waiting to be helped. I waited patiently, watching and making sure that others who were there before me were helped first. But then new customers would walk in to the store and would get helped before those that had been waiting. I waited for over 30 minutes prior to being helped, and at least four customers who walked in after me were helped first. This was incredibly frustrating. Staff needs to be more conscious of who is next to be helped, or a system needs to be put in place, whether it's forming a line up, or taking a number when entering the store. I was in the store for well over an hour, and am frustrated by my experience here.

First talked to a female sales clerk(we thought) turned out to be upper middle management? who passed us off immediately to Dustin. Dustine did not seem to be familiar with stock or what was locked up in a vault that he needed the manager to open and then they did not have it. Not sure of prices and did not explain 2 for 1 sale until close to end of selection time. Dustin needs to brush his teeth or at least have breath mints. I like and have bought 14 gold pendents and bracelet from Pandora in the past but never again from this location.

My sales associate was very unorganized, she kept bringing us the wrong charms and seemed very flighty. I was not offered any assistance to putting my charm on my bracelet so I just had it wrapped, I wasn't offered any promos or any cleaning cloths. I ended up listening in on my friends conversations with her sales assistant to find out about the cleaning kits available and the whole survey program on the receipt

- Associates ignored me and kept talking amongst themselves; - Associate who "helped" me didn't have enough knowledge about merchandise and it's location; - Associate failed to inform me of current promotion; - Associate didn't let me see the charm I was purchasing up-close; - Basically got the impression that I wasn't welcome and that my business wasn't needed, if I hadn't been looking for a birthday present for my mother I would've walked out.

The salesperson was very arrogant. I have spent thousands of dollars in your store and was not happy with the service at all even though I still made a purchase.

The sales staff was aware I was shopping around for wedding jewelry therefore with the intention of possibly returning said item. Sales staff allowed me to purchase item WITHOUT STATING IT IS NON REFUNDABLE. A week later I found new jewelry I wanted for my wedding and wanted to return my Pandora item. Staff states there is nothing they can do as it’s a no refundable item. NO WHERE IN THE STORE DOES IT SAY THIS ITEM IS LAST CHANCE, NOR DOSS MY RECEIPT. The receipt should state this item is no. Refundable at purchase, with a stamp or something. It just said discount 30%. That could be a promo of any kind. It DOES NOT state final sale for this specific item nor was I informed at point of sale.

I went in to exchange a necklace at Kingsway Mall. Unfortunately I was told by Samira that since I purchased my original necklace yesterday from Southgate Mall I was going to get a store credit for the difference in price instead of a full refund even though I had my receipts. The reason: this Pandora store is owned by different owners. WTF?! The sign at the front says “Pandora” - Nowhere does it show a different name. This is the wrong policy Pandora!!!
