Not enough choices of clips to fit the snake bracelet! The book doesn't explain what types of clips fit for certain bracelets.

As Pandora's permanent customer I was absolutely shocked by flat footed negative answer of Kristine when I said that I expect 10$ of my 100$ purchase as I took survey after my previous shopping at this very store n I brought validation code on my receipt. I was planing to spend at least 100 CAD this time at Pandora store but I got so upset n shocked by Kristine's harsh refusal that I wanted just to leave the store right away. Eventually, my mood got spoiled n I spent less money than I planned, so basically Pandora lost some profit n generated some negative impression about Pandora's service which I think should have human face. To regret, Kristine showed cold, heartless n robotic attitude which people don't like to get. Sales business is based not only on assortment n quality of merchandise but also on personal approach, kindness n benevolence. N if Pandora said in receipt:"Tell us about your unique experience and ENJOY 10$ OFF your next purchase of $100 or more" - Pandora should stick to Pandora's word. Even though I'm not German I appreciate accuracy don't matter if it's 10$ or 100$. N I like to get what is promised. Thank u for yo attention! Best regards, Katya

Sales Associate was very unapproachable, and not friendly or professional at all. I felt like i was being pushed out of the store the second i walked in and he couldn't recommend other charms or new product when the one i was looking for was out of stock.
