The sales associate Andrea at the Dufferin Mall location was extremely helpful and I was very happy with my purchase and experience, the last couple of times I went to Pandora they did not have the items I wanted. It was very clean. The sales person knew what I was talking about even though I only remembered half of name and she was also very friendly. Not friendly to make a sale. She was legit friendly and bubbly.

I was very happy with my purchase the only dissatisfaction I had was the sizing of the rings. There were a few styles I really liked and there wasn't a size available for me for that style

My sales associate Constantina (147806) was so friendly and patient with helping me make my decisions. She went above and beyond by trying to find the perfect charms and bracelet size. She was very knowledgeable when it came to educating me about the different types of bracelets and how many charms she recommended for each one (as to not weigh them down, especially for a leather one I already own). She made the whole experience comfortable and highly satisfying through her bubbly and relateable personality.
