The sales rep was very friendly. She assisted quickly and effectively and helped in my decision making.

Well I've been looking every where for these two charms that I bought. And when I called the store at Dufferin Mall, the representative said she had it and will put it on hold for me until I get there. I went to another Pandora store near my house and I was a little disappointed with the service. I asked for the same items and the were sold out. Which was fine, but I wasn't even given the offer to see if another store had them. Dufferin Mall Pandora has the best and friendliest staff I had ever encountered with. Five stars all the way

I left some groceries in the store, the sales rep was amazing as she kept it for me. When I called she remembered me and said she would hold it for me until I could return to pick up the items I had forgotten in the store! Great Service!

The lady got the earrings right away and showed me the matching pendant that goes with it. I only bought the earrings but I may go back for the pendant. She also told me to be careful with spraying perfume by the earrings because it could tarnish it, and she let us know that every Pandora store does free cleaning if you bring the jewelry in, which I never knew. Overall the experience was very helpful and I am satisfied with my Aquamarine March birthstone earrings:)

All of the sales associates in the store greeted me, and were smiling and friendly. The sales associate that helped me was very nice, knowledgeable, and the sale was quick and easy. Very happy with my experience!
