I came in looking for a pair of earrings. The sales associate who was helping me pulled out the pairs of earrings I wanted to have a look at. She gave me her opinion and knowledge as to which earrings were more suitable for me, and she was very patient as she let me try each pair of earrings and helped me figure out which worked best.

Sale person was friendly but not over bearing. The charms I asked to see were not on display but she knew of them and brought them out. Received a free pair or earrings with purchase.

The sales associate, Andrea was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable with her products, she assisted me in picking out rings during the promotion, and I have to say that I loved every single ring she picked out. Overall I had a really good experience during this visit and will 100% be visiting again shortly!!!

great customer service, friendly staff, will definitely return to this location soon. Just a suggestion - Pondora should consider a loyalty card....something like buy 10 charms get the 11th free. Something to drive customer to come back and purchase more with a reward. Thanks Patricia
