This Pandora location is usually the one I go to because they most likely have the items im looking for, but I got the Pandora Rose gold Heart clasp and silver bracelet for a birthday gift and the clasp isn't staying closed, I also have the same problem with my silver heart clasp but Pandora is usually really good with returns so I guess I'll have to go back and exchange the bracelet.

I expect more Pandora rose charms collection

I went to the Dufferin Mall location for the bracelet promo which was really good, This is my prefer location but today they didn't have most of the charms I wanted due to retired or being sold out ... Other than that everything else was good, Staff was very helpful.!

The sales associate was friendly and the store was clean. I went in with an exact ring in mind that I'd seen online. I was hoping to see it in person (to decide between silver or rose) and purchase it. Unfortunately the ring was not available in my size. Not in the sterling silver or the pandora rose. The associate did look in the stock and even in the display windows along the walls for me which was appreciated. I did end up getting an alternative ring which is still nice, but it was upsetting to have an exact idea of what I wanted and not being able to get it. I understand this was not the fault of the staff working that day but to be honest I was disappointed because of the lack of stock in my size.

I was looking for a conformation gift and the salesgirl was very patient and helped me a lot.

They were very nice with the customers. If ask questions they very nice and pilot and answers the question very will done. The store was very nice and clean I will requeme to my friends and family.
