almost all of the items i was looking for were not available in store or at any other location they were completely sold out! it was so annoying

Always When I went in this Pandora store the sales person not is polite and kindly. Last time when I tried clean one of my braceletes they did a really bad job. I'm a Pandora client a long time go, buying Pandora around the world butthis store really disappointed me. That's is my experience!

I was charged an extra 5$ to exchange the product that I bought for a product of the exact same price

My 79 year old mom spent $1,000.00 for 3 bracelets. Her receipt was not stamped final sale so she could understand the policy. Had to get a manager on the phone to do an exchange. Meanwhile my sister had no problems doing the same exchange at another location! How does my mom who can barely speak English know to look on the bottom of your receipt to find the words last chance or clearance is final sale. How would she know that those items are considered my chance or clearance?? Why did the sales person not stamp her receipt with big red letters “final sale” like they did with mine when they finally agreed to make the exchange.

Employees are disinterested, hostile and unpleasant, did not smile even once. When asked if they had a mirror, the employee said no even though there is one on the counter and no one was using it.

I went to return an item which I purchased online, which I have done once before with no issues at all but unfortunately this time lots of issues. I spoke to the first sales staff about an online return she was not sure so she asked Kathy the other sales person who was not sure either, Kathy went to ask a manager but when she came back I over heard say to the other sale staff that manager ir in the washroom, Kathy walked over to me and said they don’t accept online returns because if they did the store would loose money, I asked her if this was new because I’ve returned something here before, she said no it’s always been like this, I then said if you look at my profile you would see I have returned at this location before, Kathy then said that other person screwed up and should not have done that, her exact words. Kathy went back again to speak to her manager an came back out and said they will make and exception this time, her tone was not professional at all. Left me very confused as well, can I or not return at this store when I had no issues before....
