Pandora Jewelry

I picked a right time to visit the store, when only I was there. So I didn't wait at all. Everything was good. Alka helped me to try different things on. It was the 1st day of black Friday sale, they were prepared.

It was a pleasant visit to a store where sale representative was very lovely and took her time to show us all the jewelry we were looking for, we didn’t feel rushed.

I Love Pandora. I always find what I'm looking for and more. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

The sales person was very knowledgeable. Helped me decide what goes best with charms I wanted. I bought what she suggested. Would definitely go their again.

I went in to pick up my order. Despite there were many shoppers, I was greeted and acknowledged and was served as soon as a rep was available. In addition to my pick-up order, I was able to find a couple more charms.

It was not busy. My associate Alka was very kind. Lots of new inventory. Store was bright and clean.

I went into Pandora at Coquitlam Centre, looking for a silver necklace to fit a special pendant I brought in. I was blown away by the great service I received from Sarah. She was so friendly and helpful, I was greatly appreciative. Another associate, also named Sarah helped while on her break. I have always had great service from this location, but Sarah really went over and above today and she needs to be recognized.

My mom and I were looking for gifts and the sales associate help us showing us different options based on our budget and the description of the persons we were buying for.

The service overall was amazing, the associates help (Cara) was very helpful, she took the time to let me look through everything! Gave me amazing and great recommendations for what I was looking for, and had the greatest attitude!!
