Sales associate went above and beyond to help me with the choice to purchase a gift

I was kindly greeted upon entering the store and found what I was looking for right away. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right charm.

Hema M was extremely helpful at the pandora location at Coquitlam centre. I was able to spend time looking at different choices! I was very happy with the service and my final purchase! I will come back for future presents for family and friends.

I went to buy a black bracelet and the sales associate offered me a better option, it was more expensive than what I went to buy, but it was so pretty that I ended up buying it!

the associate and the store manager were very helpful. \they were very patient as it took us 2 hours to select some jewelry for me, my mom and some gifts.

Since I got to the store, I was attended very nicely and talked to me and showed me exactly what I was looking for. They complimented my choices of charms and made me want to buy them immediately. As a minor, my experience in buying is low, so they helped me and told me the form of payment, etc. I was very pleased with my visit.

The sales associate at this store always remebers me, it makes me feel important and she has taken the time to get to know my style and I trust her judgement.

Sarah was very helpful I kept changing my mind as I saw different pIeces that I hadn’t seen before. She spent time with me and showing me lots of options. I went to buy one bracelet and bought a link bracelet and charm that I didn’t even know I wanted :)
