I have always loved coming into the Coquitlam Pandora store. Whenever I’m here I’m always greeted with a smile and an associate asking me what I am looking for today. Elaine was the one that helped me today and she is hands-down the best sales person I’ve ever encountered in all of my experiences visiting Pandora stores. When I phoned yesterday, Sarah knew exactly what I was talking about and put it away for me. I arrived at the store and it was ready but I had to wait for it. People who came in after me were served first but I did get helped

Although the store was extremely busy and seemed understaffed, the girl that helped us as well as the other ladies seemed to be having a good time and made us all smile!

Very friendly and helped me pick out rings to go with the rest of my set of rings. Also gave me recommendations for when there wasn't the ring in stock that I originally wanted. Definitely will be coming back soon !
