It was pretty good. Angelina was great, she certainly cares a lot about the store and what she sells. Would love to come back for her service.

I am not typically a jewellery shopper and find jewellery stores quite intimidating, but my colleagues bought me a beautiful Pandora bracelet as a parting gift, but it was too big, so I went back with the gift receipt to Guildford and they did not have it, but we’re helpful in saying that Coquitlam should. I went to Coquitlam centre and Hema M was so friendly, knowledgeable, and in tune with what I needed and made very helpful recommendations. I did not even come with the intention of getting anything else, but Hema was such a natural, I followed all of her suggestions. There was no pressure at all and I love my new bracelet.

Leila In Coquitlam centre is so nice. She is patient, not pushy and really listens to what you want. As far as I’m concerned she went over and above to help me with when I came in for. I will go Back to Coquitlam Center, Pandora and I hope she will stay there forever

Both associates were accommodating. They gave me plenty of options. They walked me through the whole process and recommended cleaning products knowing I’ve neglected my current pandora prpducts.

the selection of merchandise was varied and extremely beautiful. everyone was so friendly and kind. we felt very welcomed and someone was always there to help us. it was amazing

Mia was very good at her role in her position. She always found a way to making me happy and satisfied. If she didn't know something she asked the manager .
