I wanted a new bracelet and I had a preselected list of charms. The salesperson was able to locate the charms and suggest new ones/ variations to those that I changed my mind about, so it ended up looking better than what I had first imagined.

Sales associate was very helpful. She was pleasant during the whole sales interaction. She built a rapport with the customer.
