My experience at Pandora Coquitlam has always been great. The staff in this location is super nice l, efficient and helpful. I recommend them 100%.

Sales associate was very nice and the store was very clean.

They helped me with a size exchange. They were very understanding. The manager was great and understandable. The employees are always friendly and easy to talk too.

I was very impressed by the lady who served me, she was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. I asked for specific charms, she showed them to me and also gave me tips on how to wear my jewelry.

When I went into the store the ring was not available the sales person took my name and #. The next week Sara called and said the ring was there.I went on Saturday and picked up the ring. Sara was working the line outside and had the ri ng ready by the time I reached the front. Sara was very friendly and professional and knowledgeabe. This is the only store I go to.

The staff at the Coquitlam centre mall store are so nice, they remember me and it feels good to be recalled.

Sara B was very helpful and friendly. She managed to balance professionalism and a non-pushy, relaxed attitude. She recommended a gift that I know my mom will love. Made my visit easy

Hailey had attended to me on a previous purchase weeks before and remembered me when I came in. She was knowledgeable, patient, and had a wonderful attitude that made the visit truly wonderful.
