My husband and I shopped together on this trip for gifts. He is very fussy on customer service and he always enjoys the staff and service.

Everytime I go to coquitlam Pandora the ladies there are fantastic. They always have new stock and there recommendations never dissapoints.

Sara B is a well known sales associate to me as I am a frequent customer in her store location. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and always goes out of her way to help me. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is the lack of availability of some merchandise, especially the Disney Dresses. I have shopped at Pandora since it came to Canada and am finding the pricing is getting too high. It is nice to find the odd item on sale and I believe more sales should be offered in store.
