The saleslady was very accommodating and she helped me and my sister look for the right present for my mom.The entire place was organized and everyone was wearing masks.

Even though they were having trouble with the debit machine being down they did damage control and a girl was working down the line to explain what was happening and what she could do to help!!! She had a charm waiting inside for me that I had mentioned!!!!

I went with a friend and was shown quite a few different things... was able to purchase a new bracelet as my old one didn't fit anymore... got a safety chain and a new charm also!! Was super happy and loved all my items

I hate shopping, your staff helped alleviate some of that pain and assisted a clueless male in shopping for his wife. From the lady managing the queue to the lady who served me I found the whole staff great, there is clearly a good dynamic between the ladies doing the sales. It shows. Having previously worked and supervised retail teams I tend to spot areas for improvement, I cannot fault your staff.

The lady that helped me out was so so sweet! I was looking for a couple Christmas presents for my friends and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Thanks so much for your help and Merry Christmas! :)
