The sales staff were incredibly friendly, they knew their product and helped to find me the perfect ring. The ring colour and size I had initially wanted was not in stock at their store but they did a great job finding me one that I am very happy with and love how it looks on my finger.

I recieved a Pandora bracelet for Christmas that we thought was the right size. It ended up being the size larger than I was sized for, I had been wearing it a for a few weeks and they still did an exchange on the product. I really appreciated the customer service and I even bought a cleaning kit while I was in. Thank you so much!!
