STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, I GOT HELP RIGHT AWAY. TRAINING STAFF WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPED EASILY. STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. THE PRODUCT WAS IN STOCK AND THE GIFT WAS PERFECT FOR MY DAUGHTER.

this is my fave store because of Alka!!!! ever since i came to this store, we met and it was an instant friendship/sisterhood she always knows exactly what will be great for me and gives her honest opinion and i love this about her being greated with her beautiful smile and hugs is the reason of my travel from east van to coquitlam almost every weekend! elaine is also a real gem and has been so lovely and warm when i come into the store kazia....a special beauty aswell...we seem to have the same taste and she is always so sweet these ladies are so so fine and i feel so blessed to always have a great experience here

Alka and the rest of the girls were kind and knowledgeable but Alka is a great sales rep, she knows the merchandise and was helpful and she knows how to woo you in and make you feel good about your purchase. Great asset to keep in your company. :)
