The ladies were attentive. They were aware my friend and I were looking, and made eye contact when they could, then greeted us. When the first lady greeted us and we weren't ready with our request, the second one stopped to ask how she could help when she realized we were ready.

I was acknowledged right away. The salesperson asked me if they could help me and took me directly to the merchandise I was looking for.

The associate Leila was very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go beyond and above for me, This location is not in the store but a stand in the mall, there were lots of sales people and very busy but I did not wait even a minute to get an attention of the associate

The worker is pretty enthusiastic very good passion. Very happy about this visit.

Coquitlam store is being renovated so it was a kiosk type store set up. The sales person Laila B was very friendly and personable. She made my quick interaction with her very pleasant and she seemed genuine. I would return back and hope to have her help me when I come back with another purchase for my daughter.
