The sales Associate Leila was very helpful. She helped me to choose a right gift for my friend. Also she very kind and friendly. I bought the gift in Coquitlam Centre location.

Assistance was available as soon as I approached the store before they even knew I had intentions to make a purchase. In addition, I have a large ring size and was worried about finding a ring that fits; it only took trying on one ring to figure out my size. Finally, the price of my ring was surprisingly affordable, as someone who is not a long time pandora customer I was unsure of the prices! I believe the sales associate I dealt with was Sara (Store Manager, Coquitlam Centre)

The Sales associate went above & beyond to accommodate us. Store was in reno, so we just had a kiosk in Mall. We arrived Holiday Monday 10:38. Due to Mall policy the Kiosk wasn't allowed to "open" until 11am. Associate kindly moved a ring case up to glass display for us to view until opening. I appreciated so much not being sent away & bending rule slightly to accommodate us.

The staff is so kind to me. And she recommended various products to me. It is so good.
