Leila in the Coquitlam Pandora store was absolutely amazing to me and my boyfriend !! We came to the store a bit late — 25 minutes before closing — and we got out after closing hours but it didn’t stop her from helping us out and give us the best service and give us as many choices and advice as possible. I will definitely recommend Leila to people if they go to this Pandora.

What blew me away the most was how instantly the sales associate, Leila B, Identified that I was in urgent need of a last minute birthday present. She immediately understood the situation I was in and eagerly helped me find the most suitable present based on my budget, and the occasion I needed the gift for. I owe her big time for the help. If i hadn't run into her I most likely would have ended up buying a candle set of some sort from next door. Not Only was I happy and relieved from the experience, the recipient of the present was also very satisfied with my choice of gift. Went from never having visited the store to making it my one stop for all future presents.
