I was in this store to purchase a gift for a special occasion and the sales associate was super friendly and helpful and found just what I was looking for. She gave me her full attention and took her time to understand what I wanted and gave me several options. In addition she explained the current offers and store promotions, wrapped my purchases and provided gift receipts.

I was wandering in the mall with no idea what to buy as a birthday present for my friend. Finally, I visited the Pandora store in Coquitlam Centre. The store is not very big but from my experience, I can always find something that I believe my friend would like.

The store manager Sara helped me and she was fantastic!!! She helped me pick the perfect clip and a bunch more which i willbe coming back for after next payday:)

Sales Assistant knew her products and was very friendly but not pushy. Pity there was no more stock for item wanting to purchase, but Sales Assistant was very helpful in locating the chain at another store. She was very helpful indeed!!

Wonderful experience

The salesperson who assisted me was Leila. I wanted to purchase a tool to open my Pandora Bracelet and she recommended to buy the kit instead of just the tool. She was very helpful in showing me what was in the kit and explaining how to use the product and showed me instructions. I would have just bought the tool if she had not suggested the kit. I will definitely ask for her when I return to store
