Pandora Jewelry

Went to Pandora store in Willowbrook Mall Langley on Saturday and was extremely disappointed. The service was terrible and I felt very rushed so did not buy anything... On Sunday I went to Coquitlam mall and decided to check out their Pandora shop. WOW...very impressed with service and the lovely sales women was a gem. I ended up buying items and will return.

I was highly satisfied with Leila's customer service. She went above and beyond and was giving really great suggestions! The only issue I had in store was with the manager who was the worst and was treating my mom and I as if we were criminals. The manager seemed racist and kept hovering around us making us feel really uncomfortable. This manager kept questioning what we were going to buy. It was highly unprofessional and insulting. The only reason we even stayed in store and bought a few items was because Leila was super friendly and made the experience better, even with the rude manager breathing down our necks.

Leila B the associate was very patient, professional and customer service was excellent. Very lovely personality and she advised about other good deals and was most gracious.

All staff at Pandora that time were friendly. They were trying to satisfy customers by giving more options (charms) and recommended me earrings which come in the same set as I bought my necklace. Overall. I was satisfied. Just that time Pandora didn’t have a lot of charm choices

I was able to find presents for my friends for Christmas with the help of a lovely salesperson named Hema. She was very patient and accomidating.

The staff where helpful, friendly and accommodating. Leila helped us and explained everything to us, very knowledgeable it was a positive experience.
