The sales associates were quick to notice me even tho I wasn't assisted right away. They were very polite. The woman who assisted me was very knowledgeable. She didn't push products at me aggressively and listened to my needs.

Just that I love there product

We went in to Coquitlam store for my daughter, who had researched online exactly what she wanted and she was treated so well! This was one of her first solo big purchases!! The staff was amazingly kind and helpful, from the door to the counter. They had everything we wanted to look at brought in a very timely manner. So much so that my daughter turned to me and said she would like to work there when she can work in a "real" job!! (She's 12! and knows good service!) Thank you!!!
