The first thing I am very satisfied with this experience is the staff who helped me figure out which earrings would look good on me even though it took over 45 mins. I also like her respect and patience in my opinion whether I like them or not.

I was looking for something specific and the representative was able to meet my needs. She listened to what I was specifically looking for.

I was able to hold my charms for 24 hours over the phone. Upon my arrival, I was able to complete my purchase in under 10 mins.

The sales lady at Pandora Coquitlam by the name Julie was very helpful and provided a fantastic customer service with her unique and knowledgeable ideas for building my 1st Pandora bracelet! Looking forward to going back to purchase more charms for it :)

I wanted to buy the Infinite Shine Ring, but the Coquitlam Store did not have my size. The Sales Associate was very helpful in trying numerous times to call another store to have that Ring (in my size) to be transferred over to Coquitlam Centre for my pick up in 2 weeks' time - which was successfully done and I managed to pay first for that Ring together with another beautiful ring, in order to qualify for the "Private Labour Day Offer" and got $25.00 off for my purchases. I was really appreciative of Sales Associate No: 166739 (Bianca) for her help in this matter, as previously other staff told me to travel to Guildford Pandora to get the items myself.

Jackie and the other lady that helped me were a huge help with my visit today alothough I was frustrated they remained calm and helped me to find a solution give these ladies a raise they deserve it!!

Very good service and the promotion was great. Free bracelet with purchase of charms. Always a motivating experience.

I was greeted in the utmost friendly manner when I arrived - big smiles on the faces of both associates who greeted me. They got right down to helping me find what I had come in to find. We even found the last of the type of bracelet that I was looking for so I came away very pleased!
