Very pleasant sales associates. Large selection of merchandise to choose from. Very inviting store environment.

The sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, she did not us many choices to choose from when we were looking a brand new bracelet. She automatically showed Us the most expensive one without asking for price range or giving us different designs to choose from. I was not happy about.

I was nicely greeted and quickly assisted to the store:)! The associates found all the items I was looking for:). I got an awesome deal for the 3 rings I purchased with my daughters:)! Thank you to all amazing staff who helped us today - you’re all so wonderful:)!

The associate I worked with was extremely sweet and genuine. She had several recommendations, as I had two rings I was already trying to stack. My favourite part however, was the conversation I had at the end of my visit, with both the associate and her manager, which had nothing to do with Pandora, but simply about life in general!

I was greeted by someone upon entrance. An associate asked if I needed any help and showed up how to check the prices for some of the items. The associate that I bought my charm from was not pushy, which I really appreciate as a customer. It was actually my first purchase from Pandora ever and it was a mother's day gift. I would definitely return to that location.
