Sales Associates & Manager were very helpful & friendly. They made me feel very comfortable & welcomed there. However, I was disappointed that the new silver sliding bracelet was still not available in store eventhough it was in the postcard that I received before the last sale of buying $150, get $65 free item!

The Sales Associate was very helpful & friendly, and very knowledgeable. The Manager of the store was also very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. This Pandora outlet is in Coquitlam Centre which is a very convenient location for my shopping.

The sales staff were very welcoming. The store very clean and well lit so was able to see all products clearly. Sales clerk very knowledgeable of all items I requested.

I went to Pandora to find a pair of earrings for my daughter who is a competitive dancer. I told the sales lady what I needed. She showed me variety of items that would fit the criteria I had........clear stones and lots of sparkle. The sales person did not try to sway me to higher priced items, but allowed me to make a decision based on my needs. I chose a pair that was not on sale and am very happy with my choice. They looked great on stage this morning when she performed at a competition!

When I visit this location I am always greeted with friendly staff. If they do not have the answer they find someone who does.
