I am really satisfied with the service given by the sales personnel in your branch in Coquitlam Centre. I've been looking for the infinite earrings since last December to matched with the infinite ring that I bought last year. I went to your other branch but unfortunately they don't have the stocks. But today the sales personnel took extra effort to find the earrings that I really want, I think it's a last piece so they had a hard time searching for that item. Continue the good service and friendly ambiance in your store. More power!

This was my first time purchasing a bracelet. I wanted something to wear everyday. I very happy with the bracelet.

MY REASON FOR RETURNING TO THIS PARTICULAR STORE,I like the staff the way they approach the customer. They are all very friendly and helpful, they do go beyond the exception, My whole family shops at Pandora, And feels the same as me.

The sales staff greeted me almost immediately when I walked in and then found what I was looking for quickly. They were very professional and friendly as usual.

It was nice to have one on one customer service, even if the salesperson needed the assistance of a more experienced sales person. I appreciated having all the charms available infront of me to compare, along with the bracelet i wanted to purchase, and they gave me lots of time to compare, try different combinations, and make up my mind.

The associate that was assisting me was friendly and courteous upon coming into the store. She inquired about my visit and promptly showed me where the merchandises are when I mentioned what I was looking for. She then proceeded to show me all the selections that are available in the store. I felt truly valued as a customer and was very satisfied with the service offered.
