The staff was incredibly friendly and personable. They asked me why I was looking at the earrings I purchased and recommended others that would better suit my needs. The manager herself kept dropping by and seeing if my experience was gong well.

They had the size I have been looking for in a specific ring that no other location had!

The sales associates are very friendly specially Julie, who is always assisting me whenever i visit the store. Customer service is awesome.

I was thrilled with the staff member who helped me. I didn’t bring in my bracelet, but she recreated it one with the charms I already had and then I got to pick and choose the charms that would suit my bracelet. She was so patient and so knowledgeable for suggestions that I am now thrilled with my bracelet and I have a nice pattern/theme going on that I love! I love that she took the time to assist me and was happy to spend the time with me.

I was looking online and saw what new rings are in store. When I went to go check out, they had one left in my size! I was pretty stoked about that!

I have 3 bracelets and wanted to start a new colour combo. I have a bracelet that has the blues and snowflakes for December and a bracelet that has a lot of purples. I just started a dark blue night sky.

I have been shopping at this location and the Metrotown one for a while and I always come back tot he Coquitlam because of the good service and variety of products!
