One employee was a bit rude but overall i did not mind it as I know retail is stressful. There was only one person properly helping people in store, there was two people working.

The options under sale were too little. The packaging of the items were horrible, one of the things I've bought was a gift and there was only a very cheap sack, is that because these goods were under sale? If yes, this is not a prestigious way of sales&marketing.

I am actually really satisfied with the staff service, they really helped us and gave us plenty of detail of the things that we were going to purchase. They were really nice and helpful.

It took more time to find products than I expected.

Sales asc support was amazing with my questions.

One of the staff was doing paperwork on the counter and had stuff spread out so you could not see the product in those cases. Some of the charms do not fit the regular pandora bracelets. Credit machine was extremely slow.

The earrings I wanted were discontinued

I was looking for an specific item, that they didn't sell in the store. Also I was willing to spend $150 + for the jewelry box promotion but they said any of the stores in BC got it.

Sellers were nice, product was very clean and the store were very clean. But it’s just the bracelet. I cannot wear them by my self, i need other people to click the thing for me.its too hard to do it with one hand
