There was one customer service representative. When I got into the store, there was one costumer being serviced, then another lady came into the store. When the customer representative was done with the First Lady, she helped the lady that came in after me. I didn’t say anything because I was not in a hurry. But she should have asked who was next.

I enjoy the service and the knowledge of the staff, specially when buying a gift. I was not sure about sizing for different bracelets and I was told I had few days to exchange if they didn't fit. I waited until I got some information to get the right sizes.

For each product requested the employee defaulted to say that if it wasn’t on the tray they didn’t have the size. However when I asked them to please actually check inventory they did have more items in stock. Seems cheap to now not even provide jewellery pouches for purchases.

The sales associate wasn't well knowledgeable in Pandora merchandise. I asked if Unicef charms are released annually, and the sales associate gave a vague answer. And kept reiterating that she was not sure, and doesn't want to say something for certain.

I stood outside for a bit before the associates noticed me and the store was empty.It still took sometime before they let me in because they asked all sorts of questions before they even let me in the store and properly greet me.
