There were 3 sales associates in the store and I had to wait for the one associate that was finishing with a customer. While the other 2 sales associates stood there talking.

When I first got to the doors, I had to put my name down to wait my turn. I thought there would be more choice in pendants. Over all it was a great experience as it was my first ever purchase.

The service was what I expected. The high prices were tempered by sales prices. Merchandise I had hoped to find was not available.

Only because it was a sale and most items were out of stock. If they know that there is a popular item, they should have more in stock

It was a busy day for the store. I had to wait for 30 minutes before being helped. They ran out of boxes and they didn't have the bracelet I originally wanted.

Having to wait in line for 45 minutes to get in the store. The sales people did a wonderful job. It would be helpful at such busy times to have the same sale on line and in the store......online was 25% whereas in store was 35%.

the price are somewhat over price. Cleaning - I have a nice pair of earrings the leaf ones which i brought in today for cleaning as I can't use it anymore as it just turn black instead of silver it doesn't look nice anymore for the priced that I paid it seems like it doesn't last long. Tried bringing it to the store for cleaning, they didn't go a good job. I will ended up not using them anymore as it doesn't look pretty or it looks cheaper. The sales person who helped me today, her name is Hema is very friendly and I was very at ease as she made me comfortable and very helpful..

The store was being renovated so the store was outside in an open area of the mall, which was a little distracting. The employees where busy, and really didn't pay attention to people that were waiting to look at items, a "i'll be with you in a moment" would have been nice.
