There is no store right now, so it took me a while to find the kiosk. Because of this inconvenience, the shopping experience wasn’t as nice as usual. Not their fault tho. I love the product.

It's always nice to stroll thorugh your store and look at all the sparkly things - my sales rep was very nice and new my ring size without measuring and had the audacity to up-sell me into another item to get a free item ! love them all - thank you

The quality of the product is an issue.

one of the items I needed was sold out. she recommended online and I told her it was sold out too. Associate checked where it"s available

I went to the store as I had returned faulty charms on a previous visit and was coming to get replacements. I wanted a replacement for each charm as they were given to me as gifts but was given store credit as neither charm was available

The sales representative thought we were here for the first time and showing us tutorials even though we mentioned we have a full couple bracelets already as we were browsing for more to add on but she continued to treat us like fresh customers and it just felt like unnecessary talk

It was good. Would have been highly satisfied if she has first shown me the gems with the prices in the “starter” counter at front of store so I could have browsed there first before buying the charm.
