The lady helping us, named Leila and She was super amazing but the other associate- seemes not very cooperative or happy. She helped us finally to get the item on the vitrine but she seemed not happy all the time.

We had a really good experience with leila she is so knowledgeable and she has really good customer service!

Not enough staff to help customers. Limited selection of advertised sales item. All sales items were final sale so an exchange was not possible if I wanted to.

It wasn't a problem just that when I asked for sizing, they looked on the computer and it said their store didn't have my size but when another staff manually looked in the tray of the different sizes they found my size. So it looks like there was a disconnect from the stock to the computer on merchandise.

Some of the products were out of stock & not available.

This time the sales girls where available, and helpful. Last time I was there I had the worst experience and frankly I got a sorry email but that is it. I like my Pandora but it makes me mad not to have consistent service, I am in the service industry and would never treat people this way

During the recently Pandora Sale of buying 3 items, get 40% off - I could not buy the charm I was planning to buy as it was out of stock & I had to select alternative 2nd, 3rd choices which were still available.

Last minute change in bracelets due the clasp being different from a bolt to a circle clasp, but I was not notified, new bracelet brought out from the back room and charged first then told about it. Good sale but I would love to see the more common rings go on sale as well.

I was satisfied and love Pandora products but they are a bit pricey but they are of good quality so that is why I guess
