I bought some products about a year and half. The same store could not find my info that easily. Only the Pandora customers regis program was not satisfied

The whole experience was great but unfortunately they didn't have the ring color I needed in the size I needed so I ended up picking a different color I liked.

Storage box wasn't tag item clearly, so sale person had to look for the item in other boxes.

I was disappointed that I could not buy the new Spring collection (Golden Mix Pave Charm) which was not counted in the $150.00 purchase promotion to get something worth $65.00, as I had intended to buy that when I went to the Pandora store. So I was forced to choose another charm instead. I was also disappointed that the new Pandora Sliding Bracelet was not available yet in your stores, as I had hoped to get that for the promotion of $65.00 free item, of which I was going to pay the difference to purchase it.

I usually visit with a stroller and it is not easy to move around the store with it. The stroller somehow always blocking some customers. I wish the store has more space for us.

Being a college student, not something I would recommend out of the blue unless its special occasions like valentines, or Christmas.

The unique style of pandora bracelet attracted me right away. I would like to have one immediately I thought. Since my daughter knew that I'm very much interested with it, she gave me Pandora charms to start with. While doing a window shopping one time, I was able to visit one of the Pandora stores and luckily I found what I was looking for. With my new Pandora open ban, I'm very satisfied. Looking forward to purchase more charms in the near future and continue my collection.

The store assistant was friendly and helpful despite the very busy store as its boxing day. Everyone seems to be friendly too which is amazing! The price that I paid was also worth it! Thank you!
