Having to wait in line outside the store for 20 minutes. Twenty minutes in the store before being served. 10 minutes waited to pay. I understand you are busy, you must understand I was in a rush.

I felt very rushed with was understandable coming in right before closing so this was not the sale associates fault in any way. I wish there was a bit more of a display to show some of the stuff because there isn't quite enough room for all ring trays to be out but other than that no complaints! She was very nice

There was clutter on the counter and a stapler ended up on the floor just missing my foot as I was wearing flip flops as I just got my toes done. I picked up the stapler and put it back on the counter and sales associate that knocked it down said thank you. I went back listening to the associate that I was dealing with. It is hard to look in the display cases with all the clutter on the counter.

It’s a busy store I have to wait for 20 mins. to be entertained.

I found it hard to understand the sales clerk, I kept on having her repeat herself. I wanted to touch and feel the product but was discouraged but after insisting was allowed to touch the product.

Mojy was our sales asso. She was very patient and friendly. She provided us various advice and brought us all the items we wanted to try out.

It was my first time in the store and I was shocked at the price of your bracelets and charms. I had no idea that they were so expensive. My daughter wanted a bracelet for her birthday and I wanted to get this for her but as I say I was shocked by the price of things in your store. For this reason I rated Satisfied.

The staff was friendly. Helped me pick out what I wanted and also made some good suggestions. By far the best experience I had when compared to the store in metropolis.

The jewelry is the high quality. I like very much your designs. The attendance is friendly.

I waited over half hour to get served and I had my list of what I wanted with me. The ring I specifically came for was not in stock and no answer as to when it might be in. The sales girl was quite helpful but it took to long to get help and if there is a sale on more staff would be nice.
